My Vitriol è un gruppo alternative rock proveniente da Londra, Inghilterra. Il nome del gruppo, spesso frainteso, deriva dal romanzo *Brighton Rock* di Graham Greene. Spesso accreditati come i pionieri di una nuova ondata di Shoegaze, a volte definita Nu Gaze, che presenta similitudini con generi rock degli anni '90 provenienti sia dalla scena americana grunge (Nirvana) che da quella britannica shoegazing (My Bloody Valentine e Slowdive). Il gruppo ha pubblicato tre album in studio: *Finisterre* (2001), *Sleeper* (2003) e *The Last Days of My Vitriol* (2005). Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Last Days", "My Vitriol" e "A Little Bit of Everything".
