Karen Clark Sheard, née Karen Valencia Clark le 2 octobre 1957 à Detroit, Michigan, est une chanteuse, compositrice et musicienne gospel américaine. Elle est la fille de Mattie Moss Clark et la sœur de Dorinda Clark-Cole et Twinkie Clark.
