Isaac Lee Hayes Jr. (1942-2008) è stato un musicista, cantante, compositore e attore statunitense considerato uno dei pionieri della musica soul e funk. Nato a Memphis, Tennessee, Hayes ha iniziato la sua carriera come tastierista per Stax Records negli anni '60, collaborando con artisti come Otis Redding e Sam and Dave.
