UTFO (qui signifie Untouchable Force Organization) était un groupe de hip-hop old school des années 1980, mentoré par le groupe R and B contemporain Full Force. Le groupe était composé de Kangol Kid (Shiller Shaun Fequiere), Educated Rapper (Jeffrey Campbell) (également connu sous le nom d'EMD), Doctor Ice (Fred Reeves) et Mix Master Ice (Maurice Bailey). Leur single le plus célèbre est "Roxanne, Roxanne", un classique du hip-hop largement acclamé qui a créé une sensation sur la scène hip-hop peu après sa sortie et a inspiré de nombreux disques de réponse, notamment celui de la protégée de Marley Marl, Roxanne Shante.
