Ben Folds Five è stato un trio indie rock statunitense formatosi negli anni '90, composto da Ben Folds (tastiere e voce), Robert Sledge (basso) e Darren Jessee (batteria). Il gruppo ha raggiunto il successo con un sound caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili, testi introspettivi e arrangiamenti che mescolavano elementi di pop, rock alternativo e musica classica. Tra i loro brani più famosi figurano "Brick", "The Luckiest" e "One Angry Dwarf and 2000 Mice".
