Ain't no way around it, ain't no doubt about it
Don't nobody make it out alive
The bottle's gonna spin, fate's gonna win
We're livin' on borrowed time
Some burn out, some fade away
Some too soon, some old and gray
But hell, if I know me
When it's my time, I'll probably be
Love drunk and happy on a Saturday night
With a drink in my hand
Just floatin' on up towards the neon lights
And everybody dancin' to my favorite song
Carryin' on and takin' shots
Singin' gone but not forgotten
Nothing sad, nothing sappy
When I go, I'm goin' love drunk and happy
Gonna earn my scars and fill this bar
With stories of what didn't kill me
With a woman on my arm, a song in my heart
And holes in my guitar like Willie
I wanna die like I've been livin'
No regrets and all's forgiven
When I finally get called home
You can write it on my stone, he was
Love drunk and happy on a Saturday night
With a drink in my hand
Just floatin' on up towards the neon lights
And everybody dancin' to my favorite song
Carryin' on and takin' shots
Singin' gone but not forgotten
Nothin' sad, nothin' sappy
When I go, I'm goin' love drunk and happy
Hey, hey everybody, let's raise a toast
To the ones with the wild hearts makin' the most
Of every single minute 'til they give up the ghost
What a way to live, what a way to go
Love drunk and happy on a Saturday night
With a drink in my hand
Just floatin' on up towards the neon lights
And everybody dancin' to my favorite song
Carryin' on and takin' shots
Singin' gone but not forgotten
Nothing sad, nothing sappy
When I go, I'm goin' love drunk and happy
Yeah, love drunk and happy
