Cris Cab, de son vrai nom Cristian Cabrerizo, est un chanteur et musicien américain né à Miami, en Floride. Actif depuis 2010, il s'est fait connaître pour son style musical qui fusionne des éléments de pop, R and B, reggae et soul. Sa musique se caractérise par des mélodies accrocheuses, des paroles romantiques et une voix chaude et enveloppante. Le succès international est arrivé en 2013 avec le single "Liar Liar", qui a dominé les classements en Europe et l'a établi comme un artiste émergent. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
