Tankard est un groupe de thrash metal originaire de Francfort-sur-le-Main, en Allemagne, fondé en 1982. Après avoir perdu leur guitariste à cause de leur image de groupe de buveurs, ils ont sorti leur premier album en 1986. Depuis lors, le groupe a continué à créer des chansons et des albums dans le même style qu'ils avaient commencé : des chansons de metal rapide en l'honneur de l'alcool. Ils affirment ainsi avoir inventé un nouveau genre appelé "alcoholic metal". Tankard se proclame « Roi de la Bière » en l'honneur du personnage folklorique Gambrinus. Parmi leurs morceaux les plus représentatifs, on peut citer *Chemical Invasion*, *Zombie Attack* et *Beer Barrel Polka*.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
