Four Year Strong est un groupe américain de melodic hardcore originaire de Worcester, Massachusetts. Formé en 2001, le groupe se compose de Dan O'Connor et Alan Day (vocales et guitares), Joe Weiss (basse), Josh Lyford (claviers et chœurs) et Jackson Massucco (batterie). Considéré comme l'un des piliers du mouvement emo-hardcore des années 2000, Four Year Strong se distingue par la combinaison de riffs énergiques, de mélodies accrocheuses et de paroles introspectives qui abordent des thèmes tels que l'adolescence, les relations et la recherche d'identité.
