Saves The Day è una rock band americana formatasi a New Jersey nel 1998. Il gruppo, guidato dal cantante e chitarrista Chris Conley, ha raggiunto la popolarità negli anni 2000 con un sound emo caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili e testi introspettivi che affrontano temi come l'amore, la perdita e la ricerca di identità. Tra i loro album più noti figurano *Through Being Cool* (2001) e *Stay What You Are* (2003). Nel 2007 hanno annunciato un concept album in tre parti, iniziando con *Sound the Alarm*, seguito da *Under the Boards* nel 2007. Il terzo capitolo, *Daybreak*, è ancora oggi atteso dai fan.
