He ain't the guy to call to fix your home entertainment system
But if you're in a bind he knows his way around an old transmission
Won't see him at church that much and
If you do it's slippin' in back row late
Wish I had a dime for every football game hail mary I heard him say
One year at community college
Dropped out and put on a blue collar
Punches in early heads home late
But ask any of his friends and we'll say
The highlight of his resume (is he)
Drinks well with others
He just needs a bar to lean on
Where those one tequila two tequila
Good times meet the neon
He'll catch a buzz and start some shit
Then talk his way right out of it
He drinks well others
As if there's any other way to drink
He might not be the one to ask for stock and bonds investments
But he's the go to guy for toasts at funerals and weddings
He don't wanna be the boss or try to run a big time corporation
But if he did there ain't no line on the job application (to say he)
Drinks well with others
He just needs a bar to lean on
Where those one tequila two tequila
Good times meet the neon
He'll catch a buzz and start some shit
Then talk his way right out of it
He drinks well others
As if there's any other way to drink
He drinks well with others
He just needs a bar to lean on
Where those one tequila two tequila
Good times meet the neon
He'll catch a buzz and start some shit
Then talk his way right out of it
He drinks well others
As if there's any other way to drink
With your friends, with some strangers
Jukebox playin' country bangers
Lovin' life layin' low until they make us all go home
(Until they make us all go home)
