The All-American Rejects sont un groupe de pop rock américain formé à la fin des années 90 à Stillwater, Oklahoma. Leur premier EP a été auto-produit en 2000, suivi d'un deuxième EP, *Same Girl, New Songs*, en 2001. Après avoir fait des tournées avec l'EP, le groupe a signé chez Doghouse Records et leur album éponyme est sorti en 2002. L'album a atteint la 25e place du Billboard américain et a également connu un certain succès au Royaume-Uni, où il s'est classé 19e. Le succès de l'album est dû, en partie, au single *Swing Swing*, qui a atteint le top dix du classement US Modern Rock et a bénéficié d'une bonne diffusion radiophonique. D'autres titres représentatifs incluent *Dirty Little Secret* et *Move Along*. Leur deuxième album, *Move Along*, sorti en 2005, a consolidé le succès du groupe avec la chanson phare qui a atteint la première place du classement US Modern Rock.
La chanteuse de renom Rihanna et le rappeur A$AP Rocky ont récemment fait la une des journaux du monde entier en dévoilant le nom de leur deuxième enfant.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
