Howard Jones è un cantante e musicista britannico, nato a Southampton nel 1955. È noto per il suo stile musicale che fonde synth-pop, new wave e rock progressivo. Ha raggiunto la fama negli anni '80 con successi come "What Is Love?", "Like to Get to Know You Well" e "No One Is Watching". Jones è stato un pioniere dell'utilizzo di sintetizzatori e drum machine nella musica pop, influenzando generazioni di artisti.
