Soilwork è un gruppo musicale svedese di genere melodic death metal, formatosi a Helsingborg nel 1995. Considerati uno dei pionieri del genere, hanno contribuito a definire il sound moderno del melodic death metal con la loro combinazione di riff pesanti, melodie orecchiabili e testi introspettivi. Il gruppo è composto da Björn "Speed" Strid (voce), Peter Wichers (chitarra), Sylvain Coudé (chitarra), Marcus Jidell (basso) e Dirk Verbeuren (batteria). Soilwork ha pubblicato dieci album in studio, tra cui "The Chainheart Machine", "Stabbing the Drama" e "A Predator's Portrait".
