The New Pornographers sono un gruppo musicale indie rock canadese formatosi a Vancouver, in British Columbia, nel 1997. Il nucleo del gruppo è composto da A.C. Newman (voce, chitarra) e Dan Bejar (voce, chitarra), che collaborano con una serie di musicisti per creare un sound ricco e variegato. La loro musica è caratterizzata da melodie orecchiabili, testi intelligenti e arrangiamenti complessi che mescolano elementi di power pop, jangle pop e shoegaze. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "The Bleeding Heart Show", "Mass Romantic" e "Use It". J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
