Busta Rhymes, dont le vrai nom est Trevor Tahiem Smith Jr., est un rappeur, producteur de disques et acteur américain né à Long Island, New York, en 1972. Considéré comme l'un des pionniers du rap hardcore des années 1990, Busta Rhymes se distingue par son flow rapide, ses rimes complexes et sa présence scénique énergique. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
