Pastor Troy, de son vrai nom Micah LeVar Troy, est un rappeur américain né à Atlanta, Géorgie, en 1976. Actif depuis la fin des années 90, Pastor Troy a gagné en popularité grâce à son style de rap hardcore caractérisé par des rimes rapides et des paroles souvent violentes. Il est connu pour avoir introduit le terme « trap » dans la musique hip hop, anticipant l'évolution du genre dans les années suivantes. Parmi ses morceaux les plus célèbres figurent "No More Candy", "Welcome to Atlanta" et "I Ain't Goin' Nowhere". Pastor Troy est également membre du groupe de rap hardcore D.S.G.B., avec lequel il a collaboré à plusieurs albums. Au cours de sa carrière, il a sorti de nombreux albums à succès, dont "The Truth Hurts" (2001) et "Face Off" (2003).
