Brooke Valentine est une chanteuse et danseuse américaine née en 1985. Connue pour sa musique qui mélange des éléments de R and B contemporain, crunk et pop, elle a connu la gloire dans les années 2000 avec des singles comme "Chain Letter", "Girlfight" et "Long As You Come Home". Son album de début, "Love and Hip Hop", sorti en 2005, a rencontré un succès commercial modeste. Valentine a également été l'une des premières artistes à intégrer des éléments de crunk dans sa musique, contribuant à populariser ce genre au-delà du sud des États-Unis.
