Spearhead est un groupe britannique de death metal formé à Birmingham dans les années 1980. Considérés comme l'un des pionniers du genre, ils ont influencé de nombreux groupes ultérieurs avec leur musique lourde et agressive, caractérisée par des riffs distordus, une batterie puissante et des paroles souvent centrées sur des thèmes belliqueux et apocalyptiques.
